Frank’s TEAM: meet Elyse!

Posted

Congratulations to Elyse Williamson, who recently celebrated 18 years as a staffmember for Frank’s Employment! As a valued member of our team, Elyse is
Talented in listening to the needs of her client employers and prospective candidates,
Energetic in her commitment to placing top-notch local employees,
Active in using technologies to aide the staffing and hiring process, and
Motivated by helping employers succeed and employees flourish.

Do you know Elyse as a person, as well as a recruiter and staffing consultant? She loves to learn!

Elyse and her husband are members of the Museum of Science and Industry, the Field Museum, the Adler Planetarium, and the Art Institute of Chicago. They both enjoy learning about science, technology, animals, plants, ecology, art, music, and more. Their home is adjacent to a protected wetland, which brings plenty of wildlife to their garden of truly native perennials. You’ll often see them at the public lectures on particle physics and astrophysics sponsored by Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, too. Elyse and her husband are season subscribers to the Elgin Symphony Orchestra, energized by Maestro Grams’ preconcert presentations and the ESO’s marvelous music.

The highlight of Elyse’s summer was participating with her family in an Extraordinary Experience at Shedd Aquarium, spending an hour with Sparrow, one of the penguins who lives here. She learned that Shedd staff hand-selects the fish fed to penguins and other creatures at the aquarium; that penguins are highly social and love to be gently stroked; that penguins are playful and can make any item into a toy; and that male penguins are the ones who build the nests as part of their courting ritual.

That same inquisitive spirit of curiosity and continued learning is what sets Elyse apart in her staffing, too! Here’s to many more years of fun work together on the Frank’s team!
