Frank’s Employment has no plans for surcharges or bill rate increases for our temporary staffing solutions in 2015!

Frank’s does not qualify as an ACA large employer for this coming year.  So, in addition to our ongoing commitment to providing excellent local temporary employees, we are also able to ensure that our bill rates remain steady.

Most national and regional staffing firms are “large employers” under the Affordable Care Act mandate and will soon be required to provide health insurance benefits to their eligible temporary employees.  Many plan a surcharge or increased bill rate of at least $1.75 per hour to their customers.
